How pickup, delivery, payment, and returns work.
Condition
Listings are brand-new unless the page says otherwise. Manufacturer warranty may or may not apply. Ask about a specific item.
Pickup and delivery
Service area is Orange County and the Coachella Valley. Free delivery, within reason. Larger or farther deliveries are quoted when you message. You can inspect the item at pickup before you pay.
Payment
No payment is taken on the website. Payment is arranged when pickup or delivery is confirmed.
Holds
A Buy Now message does not reserve the item. I’ll reply to confirm it is still available and set pickup or delivery.
Price match
Show me the same new item, in stock, at a major retailer near you, and I’ll beat it. Clearance and marketplace sellers are excluded.
Returns
Inspect at pickup. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Opened flooring and cut goods are final.
