Plain terms for how Jet Home Improvement handles what you send us. Effective November 2026.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the name, email, and phone number you type in, plus whatever you write in the message. We only get what you choose to send. We do not ask for a password, a payment card, or a government ID.
Why we collect it
We use that information to answer your inquiry about an item, pickup, or delivery, and to send deal updates if you asked to stay in the loop. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, email, or phone number. We do not share it with advertisers. The only people who see a form submission are me, so I can reply.
Google Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects things like the pages you open, the device type, and a rough location. That is used to understand traffic, not to identify you. You can stop those cookies with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not respond to that signal. Google Analytics may still set a cookie unless you opt out using the add-on above or your browser settings.
How to opt out or ask for deletion
To stop deal updates, reply to any message and say stop. To review what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email or message through the contact page and say you want your information deleted. I will remove the name, email, and phone from the form records. Deletion does not undo a message already sent, but the stored copy will be gone.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
